Civic Engagement Ambassador Program
The Program centers the leadership, lived experiences, and collective power of diverse communities to drive transformative change. Ambassadors serve as trusted connectors who amplify historically marginalized voices, dismantle systemic barriers to participation, and cultivate spaces where residents can shape policies that impact their lives.
Through culturally responsive outreach, political education, and community accountability, the program advances racial justice by redistributing power, investing in grassroots leadership, and affirming Black self-determination as essential to a thriving, inclusive democracy.
