Be a Vendor:

We have exciting vending and exhibiting opportunities available on Thursday, August 16 to Saturday, August 18.

Come and share your company, your products and your vision with the Pacific Northwest Black Pride community. 

Standard vendor space includes one 6 foot long table and two chairs.

If you require additional tables or space, there will be an additional fee. Please contact us by phone at 206-322-7061 with your needs prior to the festival.


Hotel: Seattle Airport Marriott: Thursday 8/16, Friday 8/17 (time varies)

Non-Profit: $125, For Profit: $200

Outdoor Festival in the ParkSaturday 8/18 (10am - 6:30pm)

Non-Profit: $150, For Profit: $250




Applications must be finalized and paid in full, by midnight on DEADLINE DATE.

A complete description of items to be vended or exhibited must be included on the application and your company logo.

PNW Black Pride reserves the right to reject any application that is inconsistent with the organization’s mission. We further reserve the right to expel any vendor who exhibits products or services not reflected in their application. Rules and regulations concerning vending will be forwarded upon approval of application.

All non-profits must provide a copy of their IRS Nonprofit Determination approval letter.

Food vendors are not permitted.

Electricity is not available.
